A: Yes! Check out our Share Label Pack, which can be divided between as many as six names. All other label packs are available for one name only.
Q: The Bubble Maker will not allow me to fit my child’s full name on the labels, what can I do?
A: Our Bubble Maker can only accommodate 20 characters, however our Print Team can take care of your request. Place your order with your child’s first initial and last name, then send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the full name you would like printed on your labels.
Q: The “Add to Cart” button isn’t working, help!
A: Be sure you are making a selection for every design option: Series, Style, Color, Shape, Icon, Font, etc. If you have not actively made a choice for all options, the Add to Cart button will not allow you to move forward. An error message will appear listing the option that needs a selection to be made. You must also click the box next to "I've reviewed my choices."
Q: Why does the URL change from http to https when I go to the shopping cart?
A: Our online store is encrypted using 128-bit SSL for security of your information during the purchase process. You will notice that once you click Checkout, the URL changes from http to https.
Q: How long until my order ships?
A: For Domestic First Class orders, please allow 5-7 business days to print your unique items.
For Express and Priority orders, please allow 1-2 business days to print. Please be aware, print time is in addition to shipping times.

A: Because of our quick turnaround time, any request to change a label order must be submitted within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. Q: What are some tips for label application?
A: An adult should always apply Name Bubbles. Ensure the item’s surface is clean and dry, then apply the label and smooth out any air pockets that may be present. Allow the label to rest for 24 hours before exposing it to water and dishwasher or laundry use.
Q: How do I remove the labels?
A: Name Bubbles Labels can be removed with intent, simply by picking up a corner of the label and peeling it off. If the label has been adhered for a considerable amount of time, you may need the assistance of rubbing alcohol or vegetable oil to help ease the label off.
Q: Which Write-On writing tool should I use for my baby bottle labels?
A: We highly recommend using the versatile Hydro Marker (grease pencil) for writing on labels that will be heated in a bottle warmer or microwaved with the label intact. For example, the Hydro Marker is great for noting feeding times for bottles headed to daycare. After use, the message should be wiped clean before the bottle is washed or sent through a dishwasher cycle. Afterwards, simply begin again.
Q: Where do I enter a coupon code?
A: You will enter the coupon code in the shopping cart. Once in your cart, please take a moment to review your choices and make any updates to your order. Before clicking "Continue to Checkout," you'll need to enter your code in all caps in the box labeled “DO YOU HAVE A CODE?” and click "Submit." Q: Can I boil or sanitize my baby bottles with the labels on them?
A: Yes, our labels are dishwasher safe and can also be used in bottle sanitizers, warmers, or boiling on the stovetop. Our labels are best suited for temperatures between -60 ºF and 225 ºF.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
A: We would be happy to assist you with shipping your order to the correct address. All transactions are processed through PayPal. To keep your transaction covered under PayPal’s Buyer Protection agreement, and to avoid potential fraud, we will need to cancel your current order and place a new order using your corrected address. Q: Why was the tracking number not provided in my shipping notification email?
A: The United States Post Office does not provide tracking information for some First Class shipments. Your shipping notification email was sent to let you know that our Team at the Bubble Factory has given your package to the post office for delivery. You should expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days for Domestic First Class shipping.
