The little ones will be going to school regularly, which means you need to prepare. It’s time to spend a small fortune on school supplies, new clothes, shoes, sports gear, and all the other accessories they’ll need. While few back-to-school checklists will include labels, you’ll see that we think they’re top-of-the-list important. Mainly because they help you keep track of all of the other items you have to buy, so let’s give this checklist a once over, and then we’ll help you pick out the best labels for your kiddos.

Of course, you want to check over the list your school gives you to make sure you’re not missing anything, and you don’t want to buy things your child won’t need. But now it’s time to talk about labeling.

Labeling for Back-to-School
Just a glance at that list, and you’re probably doing a little financial math in your head. It adds up, and it adds up quickly! Especially if there are electronics involved. Labels can be an easy way to help lost, misplaced, or ignored items find their way back to their owners. Name Labels also reinforce the idea of ownership. Children are more likely to take care of something if it belongs to them, and putting their name on an item instantly helps them develop a bond or connection. Of course, adding adorable little critters, characters, and images adds to the appeal of the labels.

There are many different labels you’ll need if you’re serious about keeping track of supplies. To make this easier and more cost-efficient, we’ve come up with a few “essential” packs just for your needs.

Preschool Label Packs
If your little one is heading out to school or daycare for the first time, our Preschool Label Packs can be an excellent way to help them feel connected to home during the day. Each Preschool Pack comes with various labels, including small labels, larger labels, shape labels, shoe labels, and clothing labels.

Our design team is constantly working to develop the cutest labels that are right on trend with whatever design is a must-have at the moment. We currently feature cupcakes, unicorns, adorable penguins, rainbows, trains, sharks, and sloths. Check out our Pick A Style Preschool Labels Pack where you can choose from these and many other designs.

Kindergarten Label Packs
Our Kindergarten Label Packs can be personalized to include favorite colors and symbols in addition to your little one’s name. The Kindergarten Packs are not just for kindergarteners; they also work well for elementary school kids and can be customized for even older children. Each pack comes with small labels, larger labels, shape labels, shoe labels, and clothing labels. There are a lot of tags for just about everything. Outer space Kindergarten School Labels Packs.

For the older kids, we feature even more label options. They can customize their gear with dinosaurs, unicorns, our sweetheart design, fire trucks, spaceships, rainbows, llamas, rainbows, camo print, alligators, sharks, sloths, retro arcade figures, and there are a lot of solid colors and simple prints.

Another excellent way to ease the transition for cautious kids - pop over to our sister website, Sticker & Co, and have a family photo or a picture of your pet turned into a sticker. It’s an easy way to keep the family near, and it can soothe separation anxiety. And yes, toting around a water bottle with your little angel’s face on it can also help you relieve a bit of your stress levels.

Why Are Labels So Important?
Parents have known the importance of labeling stuff forever. In the past, a Sharpie and a piece of tape did the trick. Today, you’re dealing with some expensive electronics and clothing items. You want a label that’s easy to read, lasts in the wash, and isn’t easy to peel off. That’s the reason Name Bubbles was created. We’ve taken the durability and longevity you want a step further.

  • Laundry and the dishwasher safe without losing quality
  • Freezer and microwave safe
  • Adorable designs that are easy to love
  • Customizable print for special messages
  • Cost-effective Value Packs
  • Medical and Allergy Alert Labels
  • Write-On Labels for convenience and thoughtfulness
  • Neutral labels for everyone in the family
  • No fading, peeling, or crumbling apart

Start the school year off right, and label all of your child’s supplies and, when the end of the year comes rolling around, you’ll be surprised to find your labels might be in better shape than the supplies themselves.
