Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk.

Every successful purchase will receive a confirmation email and Order ID. If you have received only one confirmation email with one Order ID, then only one order was completed successfully.If you attempted to place an order and received an error message when processing the payment, this may result in your credit card company placing a hold on the pending funds in your account. For any unsuccessful transaction attempt, you should expect to see the pending funds released back to your account within a few business days depending on your payment method.

You can reorder any of your previous purchases by signing into your Name Bubbles account. Once you have navigated through your order history, click the ‘Reorder’ button located at the right side of the order information. A small pop-up window will appear with a list of the product(s) from your order*. Check the box next to the product(s) that you would like to reorder then click ‘Add To Cart.’ Once in your cart, you can view the product and all customization details. If you would like, you can also make edits to the customization before repurchasing.*The image previews in the pop-up are generic productdepictions that do not display any customization details you have previously chose (color, font, name etc). These can be seen in the order details or once the product(s) have been added to your cart.

What is the difference between Clothing Labels for care tags and tagless clothing?

Our press-and-stick (stick-on), laminated labels “For Clothing Care Tags” should only be applied to a tag with the size and/or care information. As these labels are a bit thicker they need a strong surface to help them lay flat during wash cycles.The thinner, unlaminated style “For Tagless Clothing” should be applied to the brand imprint (silkscreen care or size information that is stamped in place of the traditional care tag). Applying this label type to the text printed on clothing gives it a stronger bond than if applied directly on the fabric.Neither style should be applied directly to clothing.

How do I apply Press-and-Stick (Stick-On) Clothing Labels?

For clothing, peel and stick your labels onto the care tag. If there is no care tag available, place the label onto the brand imprint (silkscreen logo/care information stamped to clothing in place of the care tag). Do not place a press-and-stick (stick-on) label directly to fabric as it will peel up or detach after a few wash cycles.

To remove, simply peel up a label at the edges. Gently pull until the label lifts off the surface.

Yes! Our press-and-stick (stick-on) clothing labels can be used on most smooth, flat surfaces. If you will be using them on items that may experience some extra wear, we recommend selecting the “For Clothing Care Tag” option so that they labels will be protected with a seal of laminate.

What type of Clothing Labels should I use if I do not have a care tag or brand imprint?

If you have to place a label directly onto fabric, we would only recommend using our Iron-On style of labels. When applied directly to fabric, press-and-stick (stick-on) labels will peel up or detach after a few washes.

Can I remove my Iron-On labels?

No, Iron-On labels will fuse directly to the fabric during the application process. They cannot be removed once applied.

What are some application tips and tricks for everyday labels?

Accepted Answer

When applying non clothing labels, make sure the surface is clean, dry, and there is no soap residue left behind. Lay the label flat and gently press on the surface; smoothing out any air bubbles trapped beneath the surface. Let the label rest for 24 hours before wear, wash, or play. It helps if the label is fully attached to the surface and the edges are not wrapped and/or cut to fit. Do not cut the labels as this may expose the adhesive and jeopardize the integrity of the bond.

Can I heat, boil, or sanitize my bottles with labels on them?

Yes, our labels are non-toxic and can be used in bottle sanitizers, warmers, or boiling on the stovetop. Our labels are best suited for temperatures between -60 ºF and 225 ºF.

Unfortunately, our adhesive will not bond with rubber or silicone surfaces.

Yes, our labels can be applied to glass. We recommend making sure that the surface is clean and dry before applying the label. It also helps if the glass surface is at room temperature during application.

Yes indeed! But you need to have an account with us in order to do so. So, once you have an account, go to your account dashboard. From there, click the button on the bottom left that says 'STORE CREDIT.' Click '+ add store credit' and paste in your gift card code and click 'Add Store Credit.' If the gift card is valid you will get a success message, meaning that your gift card balance is now added to your loyalty card code!

Why does my loyalty card code not contain all the store credit that I should have earned?

It's possible that you checked out at different times with different email addresses. Please note that your loyalty card code is associated with your email address. That being said, if you checked out with one email address one time, and a different email address another time, you will have two loyalty card codes, and the store credit would be divided accordingly among the two loyalty card codes. This makes it very important to ensure that you are using the same email address each time you checkout.
