2023 Giving Recap || Name Bubbles

Since the creation of our charitable arm in 2010, Labeled for Good, Name Bubbles has had a focus on giving back to the community and finding opportunities to help children and families. Our focus as a company has always been to help better the lives of parents. Our labels were created by our founder, Michelle, as a way to meet the needs of young parents who were tired of losing their kids' items at daycare. With our company's focus on helping parents, we have continued to partner this year with several organizations focused on the same goal.

Blessings in a Backpack

For the last five years, we have partnered with Blessings in a Backpack to raise money to provide food on the weekend for grade school children in the U.S. who may otherwise go hungry. For 2023, we committed $20,000 to Blessings in a Backpack. In the last five years, we have raised $120,000 to gift Blessings in a Backpack.

About Blessings in a Backpack

Blessings in a Backpack mobilizes communities, individuals, and resources to provide food on the weekends for elementary school children across America who might otherwise go hungry. One in six American children may be struggling with access to food.

The consequences of hunger are much more than a growling stomach. Poor nutrition can result in a weaker immune system, increased hospitalization, lower IQ, shorter attention spans, and lower academic achievement. Federal government programs feed children during the school week. Blessings In A Backpack ensures they get nutritional meals over the weekend, too.

Toys for Tots

This past Holiday season, we gave back to the community in the spirit of the holiday season. On Giving Tuesday, Name Bubbles gave $1000 to support their mission of bringing holiday joy to children in need.

About Toys for Tots

Toys for Tots, initiated by the United States Marine Corps Reserve, aims to bring holiday cheer to children in need. They collect and distribute toys, ensuring every child experiences holiday magic. This initiative symbolizes hope and kindness, with widespread community and business support.
