FAQs
Will these wall decals peel the paint off my walls?
No, they won't! Our decals use a gentle, paint-safe adhesive designed specifically for standard indoor walls. They are designed to pull away cleanly without chipping paint or leaving a sticky, gooey residue. You get an instant room upgrade without risking your security deposit or your weekend.
Can I use these wall decals on textured walls?
Our fabric decals adhere best to smooth, clean indoor surfaces like flat drywall, painted wood, smooth plastic, and metal. While they hold up on walls with very light texture, heavy orange-peel, knockdown, or rough plaster textures can prevent the adhesive from sticking completely flush against the surface.
Can you reuse fabric wall decals after moving?
Yes! Because our special adhesive remains strong, you can peel your decals off the wall, press them onto their original backing sheets (they must have backing to store them properly), and re-stick them in a new bedroom or a brand-new house without losing any sticking power.
How long do peel-and-stick decals stay on the wall?
When applied to a clean, dry indoor surface, our decals are made to last for years without fading or curling at the edges. They are durable enough to easily handle the transition from a newborn nursery to a toddler playroom!
Are these wall decals safe for a baby's nursery?
Absolutely! Your baby's indoor air quality is incredibly important. We print our decals using non-toxic, eco-friendly, fade-resistant inks on a completely odor-free fabric material. They are entirely safe for sensitive nurseries, bedrooms, and busy play spaces.
Do these decals have a strong chemical smell or "off-gas"?
Not at all! Unlike cheap plastic wall stickers that give off a harsh chemical odor when you first open the package, our fabric decals are completely odor-free from day one. You can stick them up right next to your child's crib with total peace of mind.
I just painted the room! How long should I wait to apply the decals?
Congratulations on the fresh paint! Even though the wall might feel dry to the touch within a few of days, paint actually takes a few weeks to fully set and dry out. We recommend waiting at least 2 to 3 weeks before applying your new decals. This prevents the paint from peeling when you want to rearrange your designs later.
How do I clean my fabric wall decals if they get dirty?
Life with kids gets messy! If a decal gets hit with dust or sticky fingerprints, simply wipe it down gently with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scrubbing brushes to keep the colors perfectly intact.
