Join Name Bubbles and Soul Gratitude for 21 Days of Gratitude: Increasing Joy – With Nicole Love

Nicole Love, owner and founder of Soul Gratitude—a California-based business centered around energy healing for the mind, body, and spirit—has over 23 years of experience as an energy healing and teacher. Her energy healing sessions, courses, and feather essences have helped countless people who have tried traditional healing methods and got no results. Her approach is that of mindfulness, meditation, and of course, Gratitude.

Nicole invites you to join her for 21 days of guided introspection and mindfulness all centered around something that may have been harder to find this year in 2020—Gratitude. With this incredibly crazy of a year coming to an end, we invite you to reflect on the year so far and to search within yourself to find gratitude in every day, past and present.

Why Gratitude?

You may be asking yourself right now, what is there to be grateful for this year?? 2020 has been exceptionally…challenging (to put it nicely) for many of us. There has been loss, pain, isolation, and uncertainty about the future. BUT, regardless of it all, you are alive, and sitting down somewhere reading this right now. You probably are under a roof, have clothes on your back, recently ate a meal, and drank some clean water. And you probably didn’t even think about those things as they happened. It's normal to have the basic necessities of life in America. Meanwhile, millions of people around the world don’t have access to our “normalities” of life. Meaning that, if nothing else works for you, and you’re in the middle of a global pandemic and an insane election year, YOU have something to be grateful for.

Gratitude is a choice. And it’s the type of choice that you must make on a daily basis if you want Joy. Now a lot of people think that when they are happy that it means they have joy. But really, joy and happiness are quite different from one another. Happiness is an emotion dependent upon circumstance. Whereas joy is a state of mind or a way of being —it’s present regardless of happenstance or emotion. It’s inevitable that unpleasant things will occur in your life, but it’s also inevitable that good things will happen. Which is why you must decide to look for the good, and soon you’ll discover that it’s always lingering. As the notorious Buddha once said, "Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful."

We admit though, that gratitude is not always easy to find. It can be challenging on a normal day to find, and especially challenging on a bad day (or month...or year). That’s why we partnered with Nicole from Soul Gratitude to come up with this 21 Days of Gratitude series. This series is our way of pushing ourselves (and hopefully you) to be mindful and to focus on the things that we know we should be focusing on! Life will be more joyous because of it.

How will this Work?

For the next consecutive 21 days, you will receive an email from Nicole at Soul Gratitude with your short guided introspection video. Nicole will discuss different things to be grateful for each day and she suggests that you use these videos as the starting point for your daily meditation practice. Each day after your gratitude-time we encourage you to journal about your experience, your feelings before and after the day's practice, your general mood, etc.

After these twenty-one days, don't stop reflecting on gratitude just because these videos stop! We encourage you to bring this practice into your daily routine for continued healing, cleansing, and increased Joy.

The goal of this 21 days of gratitude series is to establish a sense of gratitude that you can take with you throughout this journey we call life. We want you to be able to always come back to a place of thankfulness—even in the midst of chaos. Give it a try and see the tremendous benefits that come along with being mindful on a daily basis!
